i just wanted to know whether the elementary school syllabus of all the public schools in USA are one and the same or it differs from state to state?if yes, which state provides the best elementary education in united sates?

It differs from state to state, and you'd probably get 50 different answers to which state is the best.

All elementary school syllabus are not the same. It does differ from state to state. I believe the best education, I'm not sure about the elementary education is in New Jersey or California!
