Just wondering what people think what school is the bestest in USA. just ingore my grammer, i happen to be deaf myself and i can't help my grammer.

Just to help you out a LITTLE (especially since this is a school question), "bestest" is not a word. You would simply use the word "best."

Rock Springs High School they teach you that bestest is horrible grammar!! Generally, small towns tend to have better schools. They get the same amount of funding from the state for less students. Naturally they have better programs and attract better teachers.
