meaning, if i get a time qualifying for high school states in USA swimming, will that count and get me into that event at high scool states? Or, do I have to make my time in my high school swimming?

You have to make it in high school. In a usa meet, the rules are slightly different, for example you cant wear fast skins in a high school meet. the list goes on but if you can do it at a usa meet, you can do it a highschool meet. Hope you get the time!

High school is separate from club swimming. But, if you do well enough in club swimming, or hight school swimming, either can qualify you for the Olympic trials.

you would have to make it in high school season, but once you're tapered it shouldn't be hard if you've done it before.

mine did cuse i couldn't make the trials i had to put in my times and they still allowed it for states but then again i dunno about USA rules and stuff like that cuse i come from the land down under aka Australia

no they should not. they are two different programs, with different rules.
