The 16 years old appears to have self mutilation and alcohol abuse issues. Trying to find help for my friend and her daughter - they are having a tough time. The daughter seems to be very willful and manipulative.

I would suggest that you take a look at Freedom Village or Teen Challenge. Both of these are reputed to have good results. I would take Teen Challenge over Freedom Village because of some other issues.
