meaning, if i get a time qualifying for high school states in USA swimming, will that count and get me into that event at high scool states? Or, do I have to make my time in my high school swimming?

No, you have to get the time with high school swimming. Club swimming doesn't count towards your times.

nope...but it can work the other way you can have your high school times count for usa times if you have an offical sign off on your swim verifying it
