I am studying in a high school in the middle east. I want to study medicine in the USA. I am in 10th grade now giving IGCSE's, so do i join immediately after finishing 10th grade or do I spend 2 more years doing 11th and 12th grade?

4 Years in High school. You would need 11th and 12th grade.

you are correct with finishing 11th and 12th here. you can always however get your GED so you dont have to take 2 more years.

in 11th grade u take the sat to get to college. u need vocab and math to get a high score. u can tranfer if u r reaally smart withch u r if studing medicine, or u can do 11 and 12 go 2 college 4 2 years or 1 and tranfer in

4 years of high school. but in some other countries i think its like 3 yrs. (i think its Japan, i have family that live's in japan and it gets easier as you go up to college. so like by the time they get to college it way easier then here in the U.S.)

It takes 4 years to finish High School in USA. You will still need to finish 11th and 12th grade. But by taking extra credit courses over the summer you can get more credits and graduate early. But basically you will need to go to school for 2 more years.
