I want to go to Culinary School and I want to know from graduates which school they went to and why it was the best. I'm having a hard time deciding which school to go to.

TSTC in Texas has started a Culinary program. I have attended one of their information sessions at the school and If I were 20 years younger I would try it. You can get info via the net. (TSTC) Texas State Technical College.

The Culinary Institute of America. Visit the campus and you'll be blown away. Really, everything else pales -- visit this one before you commit to anywhere else.
