i currently study in India. a close cousin brother of mine works as a engineer in USA. can i get any kind of visa to migrate to USA.

you're fourteen. your parents will take care of all that. otherwise wait until you are adult.

You can't just go and study there!! The USA and UK has very strict laws. Even if your parents, or husband or wife was working in the USA you could not go and study there. You can get a visa but you need to have your parents getting a visa with you. In the USA and UK you have to be 21 and 18 to live on your own. Also you would need to be up to the high standard of students there. Unless your family has lots of money, and all want to migrate to the USA, and all can speak the language fluently, and all know the answers to the USA migration questions, and have work secured there I would say no. I don't know why so many people want to migrate to the UK and USA.
